In addition to presentation and value, the awards committee evaluated our staff on their interaction with customers. Assessment criteria in this area include staff friendliness, attention to the patient’s needs, and knowledge of the business’s products and services.
The committee also looks at the business’s online presence, including social media and advertising. In order to be selected, a business must have an easy-to-use website that provides answers to commonly asked questions and showcases the company’s products and services.
